A Typical Day for You Would Include
- Ensure proper server management (creating environments for hosting new websites, infrastructure management);
- Manage the infrastructure (Private Cloud – OVH);
- Manage cloud environments (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, DigitalOcean, OVH);
Perform proactive monitoring of our server alerts; - Perform proactive monitoring of our clients’ website alerts (flat-rate services);
- Archive websites when we are no longer the service provider and provide the required access;
- Renew clients' SSL certificates;
- Set up hosting and domain names for new clients as part of development projects;
- Manage the internal network;
- Configure email deliverability (DKIM, DMARC, SPF, Mailchimp, etc.);
- Manage the Web Application Firewall (WAF – Cloudflare);
- Respond to client support requests or internal requests received through the ticketing email inbox;
- Handle support outside of business hours when necessary.
Requirements
- Degree in a related field;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field;
- Proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written;
- Experience in Linux server administration;
- Experience with Apache or Nginx server administration;
- Experience with MySQL/MariaDB database administration;
- Experience managing web servers with a LAMP stack.
