A Typical Day for You

• Acting as the primary point of contact for project execution.

• Managing client expectations and ensuring overall satisfaction.

• Serving as an expert advisor to clients (recommendations) in collaboration with the Account Manager.

• Analyzing and applying problem-solving approaches to various situations.

• Taking a proactive approach by enhancing mandates whenever possible.

• Co-producing project documentation and ensuring updates (e.g., work plans, timelines, team briefs).

• Respecting project scope and identifying risks to propose solutions that ensure smooth delivery.

• Ensuring efficient and proactive daily production across different work teams.

• Providing daily support to the team by coordinating design, front-end and back-end programming, SEO, and hosting activities.

• Maintaining team motivation and morale.

• Overseeing quality control for all deliverables.

• Participating in the continuous improvement of workflows and project post-mortems.

• Staying up-to-date with web trends through continuous learning.

Requirements

• Degree in a field relevant to the position.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Web Project Management.

• Knowledge of WordPress and Craft CMS.

• Significant experience in client relations.

• Experience in business needs analysis to propose effective digital solutions.

• Fluency in both French and English, both oral and written*.

• Strong understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) processes.

*This is a requirement for the position, as you will regularly interact, both verbally and in writing, with clients in English Canada and the United States.
