We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator to manage daily requests, including tracking client inquiries, analyzing their needs, assigning tasks to developers, and overseeing billing. In this role, you will work on projects of various sizes using diverse technologies, as part of a team dedicated to maintaining websites.

A typical day for you would be
- Understanding and validating that our solutions meet client needs.
- Following up and collaborating with the production team.
- Making changes in the CMS of client websites, when possible.
- Monitoring time related to task evaluations.
- Coordinating the collection of information to prepare quotes, in collaboration with the account director.
- Mitigating risks to ensure efficient task management.
- Being responsible for quality control of deliverables.
What Globalia is looking for in you
- At least 2 years of experience in the web industry.
- At least 1 year of experience in project coordination.
- Experience with the WordPress CMS.
- Good knowledge of quality assurance processes.
- Agency experience is a strong asset.
- Proficiency in both French and English, both written and spoken.*
