A typical day for you would be: 
  • Leading your clients' accounts and being their representative to the team;
  • Manage the relationship with your clients by ensuring good communication and expectation management;
  • Act as a strategic advisor to your clients;
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities in your accounts;
  • Participate in the pitch process and prepare proposals for clients, in collaboration with the business development team;
  • Participate in the analysis and writing of bids for public and invitational tenders;
  • Negotiate quotes with clients;
  • Monitor the budget and overall profitability of your accounts;
  • Establish the annual revenue projection for your accounts;
  • Ensure that contractual agreements are respected;
  • Oversee the web development process to ensure that established objectives are met and, ideally, exceeded;
  • Ensure the follow-up of your clients' payments according to contractual agreements;
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of work methods and project reviews;
  • Follow up on client satisfaction.
What Globalia is looking for in you
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or other relevant program of study;
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position;
  • Fluency in spoken and written French and advanced English*.
  • Strong knowledge in the digital field;
  • Knowledge of Craft CMS and/or WordPress (an asset).

*This is a requirement since in this position, you will have to intervene with clients in English Canada and the United States on a recurring basis, both orally and in writing.
